The article analyzed the scrutinizing the training and development for a period of three months, Sargam Metals Private Limited is the subject of a research on training and development. Primary and secondary sources of data were used in the data collection process. Using questionnaires, different Sargam Metals private limited employees provide the primary data. Convenience sampling was employed by the researcher, who additionally gathered 50 samples for the study's analysis. The secondary data came from a range of sources, including firm documents, papers, periodicals, journals, and websites. The primary goal of this study is to highlight Sargam Metals Private Limited's training and development program. The collected data are assessed using a variety of methodological instruments. One of the most important aspects of determining long-term profitability is the caliber of personnel and how they are developed via education and training.

A STUDY ON PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF SECONDARY STUDENTS IN RELATION TO GENDER AND LOCALITY

Well-being refers to a state of being in which an individual experiences a sense of satisfaction, happiness, and fulfilment in various aspects of their life. Psychological Well-being is of utmost importance as it directly impacts our quality of life and overall happiness. When we prioritize our well-being, we are more likely to have better physical health, improved mental and emotional resilience, and stronger relationships. The aim of the present study was to investigate the level of Psychological Well-being among secondary students. It also aims to investigate secondary student’s Psychological Well-being in relation to their gender and locality. Descriptive Survey Method was used in the study. The sample of the study was comprised of 215 secondary student’s selected using random sampling technique. For collection of the data researcher used Psychological Well-being scale by Carol Ryff (1995). For analysis of the data both inferential and descriptive statistics were used. Findings of the study reveals that majority of the secondary student’s exhibits average level of Psychological Well-being. It also reveals that there is difference in Psychological Well-being of secondary students in relation to their gender.

CRITICAL PEDAGOGY IN THE 21st CENTURY: CHALLENGES AND POSSIBILITIES

A pedagogical approach known as "critical pedagogy" encourages instructors to support students as they analyse systems of authority and opportunities that are based on "critical theory," which involves becoming conscious of and challenging the status quo in society. Through critical pedagogy, instructors motivate pupils to explore and confront social and familial injustices by drawing on their own enlightenment. The current social structure is still battling against social evil, injustice, and equality. Worker exploitation, disdain for those from other sociocultural backgrounds, mob lynching, and a decline in values all serve as stark examples of how the educational system has failed to instil civilization in society. Although we may have advanced materialistically, a progressive mentality has not yet been attained. As a result, critical pedagogy practise in the twenty-first century becomes pertinent. Critical pedagogical strategies are challenging to put into practise in regular classroom settings. Developing measures to ensure these obstacles begins with an understanding of some of these barriers and how they appear in higher education institutions. Thus, this paper discusses the challenges that could occur while attempting to employ critical pedagogy. This paper also discusses the possibilities of using critical pedagogy in the classroom for the benefit of the students.
