This study provides an overview of how HRM can leverage technology to streamline processes, automate administrative tasks, and create a more engaging workplace. Human resource management (HRM) plays a vital role in organizations, and the adoption of technology has brought significant opportunities for enhancing efficiency and fostering employee engagement in HR practices. It explores the role of technology in optimizing recruitment and talent management through applicant tracking systems and AI-based 
screening tools. This study addresses the challenges such as data privacy, employee training, and concerns related to job displacement. Embracing technology in HRM can lead to improved efficiency, better talent management, enhanced communication, and a culture of continuous learning, ultimately resulting in increased employee engagement and organizational success.
